Furthermore, we require cosmetology licenses from all retailers to ensure that our products are sold through professional and authorized channels only. We cannot ensure the quality of products bought from a diverted source.

Diversion is when products are sold by unauthorized retailers. All NATULIQUE products are salon professional products. Therefore, all products that are sold outside of a professional salon or not from NATULIQUE directly are considered to be diverted.
